Our Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bread has incredible full chocolate flavor. It is great on its own or with a dollop of whipped cream or scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Are you a Brownie connoisseur? You have to try them at Breadsmith. These Brownies are generously sized and have a fudgy yet cakey texture. Brownies were created in 1906 by Fannie Merritt Farmer when she drastically reduced the flour in her chocolate cookie recipe, which was created in 1896. Thanks Fannie!
 
Chocolate Babka is available all year at Breadsmith, but this is the perfect time of year to get to know Babka all over again. Our Chocolate Babka makes a statement with its shape and contrast of cocoa powder with a dusting of powdered sugar. The chocolate flavor is emphasized with a touch of cinnamon; it will warm your heart!
         
 
New Ideas from New York City Gift Show

A few weeks ago Breadsmith visited New York City bakeries and the international gift show at the Javits Convention Center in search of creative ideas to enhance the bakery experience. Look for new tastes, new merchandise and a rededication to delivering the best breads.

Breadsmith Lore

Rustic Italian was the first bread Breadsmith baked nearly 16 years ago, and it is still a favorite today. Dave pulled them from the oven at the 50th and France bakery. Today, like every day since, fresh Rustic Italian loaves and dozens of others are made to find their way to breakfast, lunch and dinner meals in our community.
